We are committed to protecting your personal information and privacy on all our Natural Wellness® websites. Neither your name nor anything about you is rented with any other non-affiliated company or agency.

Your privacy on our websites

You can visit and enjoy our websites without disclosing any personal information about yourself. However, we offer some special services, and for you to take advantage of any of these services, we will need you to share with us certain personal information about you including, but not limited to, first and last name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address, and telephone number(s). Any personal information that you share with us (and with the business partners that assist us in fulfilling your order and/or help this site function) is kept absolutely private.

The websites maintained by Natural Wellness®, including this one, may gather certain kinds of personal information in order to provide the services you request. Types of personal information we may gather

• Purchases - When you place an order, you give us your name, address, phone number and e-mail address plus credit card information. If you create an online account with us, so that you may place orders more conveniently, you authorize us to store your name and shipping address(es), credit card and billing information.
• Catalog requests - We need your name and address in order to mail you a catalog. We also require a phone and/or e-mail contact, in case the address is wrong. To stop receiving catalogs, simply call 1-800-364-5722 or e-mail us through our contact form.
• Special Offers and Promotions - With your permission, we may also send you e-mails or mailings with special offers and promotions. If you don't want to receive these you can unsubscribe at any time.
• E-mail newsletters - We need your e-mail address. It will never be rented to anyone. If you have further questions, please call us toll-free at 1-800-364-5722 or e-mail us, including your name and mailing address, through our contact form. If you don't want to receive these you can unsubscribe at any time.

Information Automatically Collected - We use automatic methods such as cookies and single-pixel GIF images alone or in combination with personally identifiable information you choose to provide us, to make our websites work better, to understand websites' usage and trends, deliver a more personalized experience and to improve our content and offerings. We do not install any spyware or adware in connection with our websites, or distribute any commercial message, or authorize any third party to distribute any commercial message, by means of spyware or adware. "Spyware" or "adware" is any software which has been downloaded to and/or installed on an Internet user's computer, without the user's actual consent, and facilitates the distribution of any commercial message to the user. If you feel you may have spyware from another company installed on your machine, there are various anti-spyware/adware software applications available on the Internet to identify if this has occurred.

How we use cookies

You do NOT need to accept or use cookies to shop at any of our websites.

If you are a "cookie-phobe", you can set your browser to accept no cookies, or tell it to erase all cookies at the end of a session. If you set your browser not to accept cookies, you may not be able to take advantage of certain services on our websites.

Our business partners

In order to ship and track merchandise, we make your name and address available to such companies as United Parcel Service, DHL, FedEx, and the U.S. Postal Service. In no instance are these business affiliates allowed to use your personal information for any other purpose.

We also contract with an outside service called EngineReady to help us better understand your use of our websites. EngineReady places cookies on your computer to collect various kinds of information for us related to your use of our websites, so that we may continue to refine and improve the sites for our customers. We do not allow EngineReady to collect any credit card, user name or password information, nor are they allowed to use data that they collect for us for any other purpose. Additionally, EngineReady is contractually required to maintain all the information collected for us in strict confidence.
